Different types of plating baths require different power supplies to meet their voltage and current requirements. For example, for conventional acid copper plating process, 12V or 24V DC power supply can be selected; For high-speed electroplating process, it is necessary to choose a power supply with higher power, such as 100W or more. Therefore, when selecting the electroplating power supply, the type of electroplating solution and its needs should be fully considered.

2. Select the power supply according to the current size

The amount of current required in the electroplating process is also an important factor in selecting a suitable electroplating power source. For electroplating processes with high current requirements, a power supply with a large output current should be selected. For example, for electroplating processes that require more than 50A of current, a power supply with more than 50A of output should be selected.

3. Select the power supply according to the voltage

The voltage required during the plating process is also a factor that needs to be considered when selecting a plating power source. For electroplating processes with high voltage requirements, a power supply with a corresponding voltage output should be selected. For example, for electroplating processes requiring a voltage of more than 10V, a power supply with an output of more than 10V should be selected.
